The low mood after a birth is not the rare emergency
The weeks after a birth can feel heavier than anyone warned you. Sleep is broken. You cry, or you feel nothing, or you feel far from the baby. People call that low mood depression. It is not the same as the rare emergency, when someone loses touch with what is real and needs a hospital the same day.
I will not tell you which one you are in from a page. If you are scared you might hurt yourself, or you cannot tell what is real, call 988 or go to an emergency room.
If the heaviness is still there and you want to talk, write me. We can set a free consultation so I can answer your questions.
